2. Our services

Improve Credit Score provides credit report analysis, guidance on correcting genuine errors, and consultation to help individuals improve their credit health. We are an independent consultancy. We are not a credit information company, bank, NBFC, lender or loan agent, and we are not affiliated with TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark or the Reserve Bank of India.

3. No guarantee of results

Credit scores are calculated by credit bureaus using their own models and data reported by lenders. We do not control either. We do not guarantee any particular score, increase, timeline, or approval of any loan or credit card. Accurate information on your credit report cannot be removed by us or anyone else.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Download your own credit reports from official bureau websites
• Never share OTPs, passwords or banking credentials with us or anyone claiming to represent us
• Continue to meet your repayment obligations to lenders

5. Fees and payment

Fees for paid services are communicated and agreed in writing before work begins. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Educational content

Guides, tools and other content on this website are for general education only and are not financial, legal or tax advice. The Credit Health Check is a self-assessment and does not produce a credit bureau score.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, design and code belong to us or our licensors. CIBIL and other bureau names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only descriptively.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by lenders or credit bureaus.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
